Psychotherapy Services are tax exempt. Other related services (e.g. workshops, presentations) are subject to HST.
Online Psychotherapy | Art Therapy
Initial Consultation (phone or video) - up to 15 minutes - No charge
Psychotherapy | Art Therapy Session - 50 minutes - $160.00
Trial | First Session Psychotherapy | Art Therapy - 50 minutes - $40.00 (One-time offer for new clients only)
Reduced | Sliding Scale Rates
Art Therapy | Psychotherapy Students: Individual Psychotherapy | Art Therapy Session - 50 minutes - $112.00
By request only. Verification of current enrolment in an art therapy or psychotherapy program is required to be eligible for the student rate. A maximum of 12 sessions are offered at the student rate. For subsequent sessions, the full fee will be apply.
For uninsured/underinsured clients who cannot afford the full fee: Fee negotiable, upon request only and subject to availability.
Insurance
You may be able to receive coverage for psychotherapy services through your private health insurance benefit plan. It is important that you contact your provider directly to inquire about full or partial coverage for receiving services from a Registered Psychotherapist of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I am able to direct bill some providers; otherwise, I will provide a receipt that includes my license number that you may submit to your provider.

Individual Clinical Supervision - 60 minutes - $160.00
Payment Policy
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card. Regardless of preferred method of payment, all clients must provide a credit card number to keep on file prior to booking an appointment.
Clients who are unable to provide a credit card to keep on file must pay for their sessions/appointments (via e-transfer) 48-hours in advance.
For direct billing to Insurance: Clients are responsible for any fees not covered by their policy.
Cancellation Policy
24-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients will be charged a fee for late cancellations and "no shows"
For Community Agencies
Fees for Freelance/Independent Contract work with Healthcare Providers & Community Agencies including art therapy sessions, art for wellness groups, therapeutic art groups, workshops or presentations start at $90.00/hr. and vary depending on frequency, length and location.
