Choosing therapy or clinical supervision is both a personal and financial investment. This page outlines current fees so you know exactly what to expect.
Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist are tax-exempt in Ontario. Other professional services (such as workshops or presentations) are subject to HST.
If cost is a concern, we can discuss reduced-fee options during a free 15-minute Inquiry Call.
Psychotherapy & Art Therapy for Adults
In-person sessions available in North York. Virtual therapy across Ontario.
50-minute sessions
- Intake Session – $180
- Standard Session – $180
- Trial Session – $90 (One-time reduced-rate session for new clients. Must be requested and booked as a “Trial Session.”)
Yes. A reduced rate of $135 per session is available for students currently enrolled in a psychotherapy or art therapy training program.
- Proof of enrolment required
- Maximum of 10 sessions
There is no fixed sliding scale rate.
Reduced fees are collaboratively decided during a free 15-minute Inquiry Call and are based on your specific financial circumstances.
A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available at any given time.
You may choose to work with a supervised Art Therapy student.
Art Therapy with a Supervised Student Therapist
- Intake – $81
- Standard Session – $81
If this fee is still a financial barrier, the student therapist also offers a pay-what-you-can option starting at $20 per session.
All student sessions are clinically supervised through the student's art therapy training program.
Insurance & Direct Billing
Psychotherapy provided by a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario may be partially or fully covered under extended health benefit plans.
Coverage varies by provider and individual policy. Please confirm directly with your insurer whether services delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist are included in your plan.

I am happy to direct bill whenever possible.
If direct billing is not available under your plan, you will receive a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Clinical Supervision
Available for Student, Professional or Registered Art Therapists
- Individual Supervision (60 minutes) - $160 (Student: $120)
- Dyad Supervision (60 minutes) - $112 per person (Student: $84 per person)
- Small Group Supervision (60 minutes) – $78 per person (Student: $58.80 per person)
- Small Group Supervision (90 minutes) – $117 per person (Student: $87.75 per person)
Student rates apply to art therapy students completing their practicum placement and either do not receive supervision through their art therapy training program, or require supervision beyond what is offered by their art therapy training program.

Community Agencies & Partnerships
Rates range from $90–$200 per hour.
Final fees are based on:
- Contract length (short-term or ongoing)
- Frequency and session length
- Service type
- Location
- Administrative time
- Materials
Custom quotes are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee.
