About My Fees
Below is a detailed list of fees for psychotherapy, art therapy, and clinical supervision services.
Psychotherapy services are tax-exempt. Other services such as workshops or presentations are subject to HST.
Psychotherapy & Art Therapy
Virtual therapy for adults in Ontario
Initial Consultation (up to 15 minutes)
FREE
Individual Therapy (50 minutes)
Standard Session - $160.00
Student Rate - $120.00
Student rate applies to students currently enrolled in a psychotherapy or art therapy program. Proof of enrolment required. Maximum of 10 sessions at this rate.
Trial Session (50 minutes)
$40.00 – One-time, reduced-rate offer for new clients
Must be requested in advance and booked as a “Trial Session.” Regular sessions booked without this designation are charged at the standard session rate.
Note:
Sliding scale fees may be available for clients with limited financial resources. Sessions are subject to availability.
Insurance & Direct Billing
For psychotherapy provided by a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
Psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist may be partially or fully covered by your extended health benefits plan. Please note that coverage varies between insurance providers and individual plans.
I am registered with several major insurance billing platforms, including TELUS eClaims, Provider Connect, Sun Life, Medavie Blue Cross, and The Claims Xchange.
đź’ˇ Clients are responsible for confirming with their provider whether psychotherapy services delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered under their plan.
Whenever possible, I am happy to direct bill your insurer. However, not all insurance plans allow direct billing. In those cases, I will provide a detailed receipt that includes all necessary information for you to submit for reimbursement.
Direct billing is available with many insurers including - AGA Financial Group Inc., Alberta Blue Cross, belairdirect (formerly Johnson Inc.), Beneva, BPA - Benefit Plan Administrators, Canada Life, Canada Life - PSHCP, Canadian Construction Workers Union, Chambers of Commerce, CINUP, ClaimSecure, Coughlin & Associates Ltd., Cowan, Desjardins, Equitable Life, First Canadian, GMS Carrier 49, GMS Carrier 50, GreenShield, GroupHEALTH, GroupSource, Industrial Alliance, Johnston Group, LiUNA Local 183, LiUNA Local 506, Manion, Manulife, Maximum Benefit, MDM Insurance, People Corporation, RBC Insurance, Simply Benefits, SSQ, Union Benefits, UV Insurance.
Direct billing is currently not available with - Empire Life, SunLife (If psychotherapy is covered under your extended health plan I will provide a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement)

Clinical Supervision
Initial Consultation (Phone or Video)
Up to 15 minutes – FREE
Individual Supervision (60 minutes)
Standard Rate: $160
Student Rate: $120
Dyad Supervision (2 participants, 60 minutes)
Standard Rate: $112 per person
Student Rate: $85 per person
Small Group Supervision (3–4 participants)
Standard Rate: $80 per person for 60 minutes; $120 per person for 90 minutes
Student Rate: $60 per person for 60 minutes; $90 for 90 minutes
Available for:
- Art therapy students completing a practicum in an art therapy training program
- Professional art therapists working toward registration with OATA and/or CATA
- CRPO RP (Qualifying) members working toward full RP status
- CRPO RP members working toward independent practice
- Practicing Psychotherapists and Art Therapists seeking reflective clinical support
Notes:
- Student rates apply to art therapy students completing a practicum.
- If you are enrolled in a non–art therapy program, please confirm your school’s requirements for choosing a Clinical Supervisor.
- Sliding scale fees may be available for supervisees with limited financial resources. Sessions are subject to availability.
- Dyad and small group supervisees are responsible for coordinating their own co-supervisee(s).
Payment Policy
- Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
- E-transfer or credit card accepted.
- Credit card required on file for all bookings.
- Clients who self-book a free 15-minute consultation through my online booking page will also be asked to enter a credit card at the time of booking—however, the card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
- Clients without a credit card must prepay (via e-transfer) 48 hours before appointment.
- For direct billing: clients are responsible for uncovered fees.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee.
For Community Agencies
Partnerships & Collaborations
Contracted art therapy services for healthcare providers, community centres, long-term care, addiction recovery, and wellness programs.

Rates start at $90.00/hour.
Final fees are based on factors such as session length, frequency, service type, location, additional planning or administrative time, and the cost of materials. The actual rate may be higher depending on your needs.
