Art Therapy Sessions
For Individuals or Groups
Both individual and small group formats are offered, allowing participants to explore and address emotional or psychological challenges through creative expression. The art therapist provides personalized guidance, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their feelings and experiences and reach therapeutic goals. Art therapy sessions are typically ongoing and scheduled on a weekly basis.
Therapeutic Art for Wellness
For Groups
Therapeutic Art for Wellness groups promote general well-being, relaxation, and emotional balance through creative expression. Art for wellness focuses on stress relief, self-care, and overall mental well-being. These groups are typically informal offering a space for participants to engage in art-making in a therapeutically supportive environment. They may be structured around a theme or left open-ended. The group format can be open, closed or drop-in and can be ongoing or short-term, depending on the needs of the participants and the host organization.
Art Therapy Workshops
For Groups
Art therapy workshops often focus on a specific therapeutic theme (e.g., anxiety, self-expression, self-care) and may involve a more structured approach to exploring that theme through art. Workshops are designed to facilitate insight and personal exploration. These can be one-time or short-term events— The goal is usually to provide focused therapeutic exploration or learning on a specific issue It’s more structured than a wellness group and often involves a more in-depth exploration of a particular theme.
