Find Relief from Anxiety with Art Therapy
Struggling with anxiety can be overwhelming, but therapy can help. Via traditional talk and/or art therapy, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with a Person-Centred approach to help you manage anxiety in a supportive, creative environment.
How Therapy Can Help You Overcome Anxiety
Therapy helps by providing a supportive space to explore and understand the root causes of your anxiety. Techniques used in therapy, such as cognitive restructuring and behavioural interventions, help you develop healthier thought patterns, cope with stress more effectively, and build resilience, ultimately reducing anxiety's impact on your life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
With a Person-Centered Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps manage anxiety by identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to anxious feelings. Through structured techniques, CBT enables individuals to reframe their thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and reduce anxiety's impact on daily life.
My person-centered therapy approach ensures that you feel heard and valued. I will focus on your individual needs and goals, creating a customized therapy experience that respects your personal journey.
