Psychotherapy | Art Therapy - FREE 15-Minute Consultation Call
Taking the first step towards change can be hard so it's important to find a therapist who is right for you.
Consultation calls provide an opportunity for us to briefly chat to help you decide if you'd like to begin therapy with me. During the consultation you can let me know your needs, and ask any questions you may have about my services.
The purpose is for us to get to know each other a little bit and see if we might be a good match before making any commitments. Consultations are scheduled for up to 15 minutes and there is no charge for this appointment type.
NOTE: There are 2 options for consultation calls - video or phone. Select whichever one you prefer.
