Art-Based Psychotherapy, Guided by Emerging Professionals

Creative, Compassionate Support — At a Reduced Fee

Are you looking for a supportive space to explore your emotions, reduce stress, or reconnect with yourself — at a lower cost?

You now have the option to work with a master’s-level art therapy student who is completing their clinical training under supervision and oversight,

Sessions are offered virtually, for adults anywhere in Ontario, at 55% less than the standard fee for sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist.

What Is Art Therapy?

Psychotherapy that integrates creative expression with psychological insight.

Art therapy can help you explore feelings, reduce anxiety, work through grief or trauma, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself — using both conversation and visual art processes.

You do not need to be “artistic” to benefit from art therapy. The focus is on expression, not skill or aesthetics.
