About Referrals
How referrals work for adult clients
If you are a physician, other healthcare provider, mental health professional, or community support worker, you can refer an adult client for psychotherapy or art therapy using the referral form below.
Once the referral is submitted, I will contact the client directly within 2–3 business days to discuss next steps and booking availability.

How to Submit a Referral
Simple steps for professionals
- Download the Referral Form (by clicking the button below) and save it to your computer.
- Complete the form (ensuring that that the patient/client has given consent for this referral).
- Click the submit button (located at the end of the form) or email securely to: referral@karenfreud.com
